Totara, a leading provider of enterprise learning, engagement and performance management technology, announced the winners on Tuesday 2nd of May 2023. The Totara Awards recognise the most innovative, inspiring and successful implementations of Totara’s products from around the world. Winners are selected based on the impact on the customer’s organisation, highlighting elements such as innovation, impact on learners and overall benefits including return on investment. The Best Compliance Experience award recognised the flexibility and robustness of Hubken’s implementation that has delivered real change at Arriva.
Arriva Learning and Hubken are thrilled to receive this recognition from Totara. The Totara solution is now in its third iteration of digital learning modules, having started in 2020 with fewer than 1000 users to support GDPR education within Arriva. For this latest iteration, Arriva Learning has taken a significant step forward with regard to new engaging content and enhanced system functionality, taking advantage of new Totara features in order to continuously provide a contemporised style of learning to their employees.
